1. We find a property suitable for social housing

2. We provide social housing for the property for a 2-5 year contract

3. We send out a mailing list of properties that investors can invest in, giving a guaranteed return with no hassle, maintenance with only passive income.

4. The investors pays the investment on the social housing - An investment from anything between £5000-£13,000 depending on the deal. 

5. The investor can receive guaranteed payments ranging from £300-£700 pounds per month for a 2-5 year period.
